Introduction, spicy chik'n

I'm Courtney, and this is my vegan food blog. I like to cook, but since I'm a stressed out student, I don't often have the time. These recipes are going to be simple, but I like them. Now, how 'bout that food?



Spicy Chik'n over Black Beans and RiceI took some Morningstar Farms meal starter chik'n strips and sauteed them in Earth Balance before coating them in hot sauce. While cooking the chik'n, I was also cooking the rice and a can of beans. I mixed the beans and rice together, and topped it with the spicy chik'n. It took about ten minutes, and was amazing. I'm having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
